Angel Fever - L.A Weatherly

A suspenseful and mesmerizing read. As the final book in the trilogy, “Angel Fever” was an epic finalé to what was already an amazing series. I felt that the author answered all the questions that were raised in the previous books and that the ending was truly inspiring. It had everything we had come to expect from the Angel trilogy and was beautifully written. There is a cliff-hanger at every chapter, and twists on every page, that made it nearly impossible to put the book down. Even though the story was leading up to the dramatic ending it didn't make it predictable.  It is heartbreaking that we have to say goodbye to the characters that we all love so much.

However, even though it was an amazing book that left me gasping for breath, I would strongly advise people to read the previous books in the series first because due to the fast pace of the novel you may find yourself getting left behind if you are not familiar with the character’s personalities or temperaments. There is also some important features in the previous books that you need to know if you want to really understand all of the twists this book has to offer.

Overall I would strongly recommend this book to people of all ages who love a good sci-fi adventure story where there is a new danger lurking around every corner.

School for Good and Evil - Soman Chainani

An unconventional insight into our most beloved and well known fairy tales. With plot twists at every turn it makes you question the motives behind every characters actions and it truly tests the boundaries between good and evil. The descriptions were enough to make you believe you were the one fighting heroic battles or trying to save your best friend. It shows you that you can find heroes in the most unusual places and that evil can take any shape or form.  With secrets on every page and unpredictable events it is almost impossible to put this book down.

The story was enticing and could make you feel intense hatred or cry out in fear. The characters were well thought out and the book was fluent and easy to read.  It didn't lack in description and the story line was very interesting. It had a fast pace but you were never left behind. 

Overall I think it is a very good book suitable for all ages. So if you like a story with action, romance and a bit of humor  set in a place where best friends can become worst enemies, this is the perfect book for you.
